“It was a Christmas Miracle. I cant express my gratitude to Lloyd, Randy and the Team! During the 1st monsoon a few weeks ago, my ceilings began to leak, 1st one room... then 2, then the drip drip drip on my attic access. I feared the worse, my ceilings are going to cave in w/ no end in sight w/ the rain. Panicked, I made a random post on Nextdoor to get referrals. 1st response was Lloyd w Armadas. within 30 mins he was on my roof. over the course of the next days, Randy was a knight in Shining Armour, in the pouring down rain, tarped a big section to secure me til we could start the job. I could have & considered getting multiple bids & pouring over the details to save a dime here or there, but in the end... The extra effort to help me in a very scary time, no pressure.. just actual honest, hard working people that care about their customers safety was all I needed. I took a leap of faith & I couldn't be more grateful. The crew finished Christmas Eve, their lead guy on my job, came out on Christmas day!!. worked until dark, being so diligent to make sure the perimeter of my home had no nails, no debis ect ect. The job was done!! What would be the worst possible time to have to deal w/ this project, the bright side was Armada's good care.. They also communicate on service day as well before they arrive. Additionally, the often discover issues that need attention, like loose gutters, or moss, or minor repairs. Although this might seem like upselling, I really appreciate this service, because I don't like to do high ladder work myself. I do a lot of home renovation myself and the stuff they have recommended I have genuinely needed and their prices are good.“
