I had a great experience with Two States Roofing, especially after comparing several companies. The first company I talked with was thorough but VERY expensive, but meticulously covered aspects like venting, ice and water shield, flashing, etc. Another company offered a much lower price, like around 1/3 the cost, but was unclear about their methods, and went so far as to say venting is that big of a deal...Enter Lucas from Two States Roofing. Lucas and his team were out of this world. They got this job done in 2 days and their work was amazing! They cleaned up better than before they got here! I'm so thankful for them. Their price was fair and they were on time and transparent. Thank you so much!

After soliciting a handful of bids, I contracted Two States to replace the roof on my house. We own a classic Portland 1914 craftsman, so it's old and special with the various bump-outs and corbels, and had a very slight sag in one corner. Two States was fast, efficient, and did a great looking job. Their bid was much better than competitors, and the roof is beautiful. In addition to the new shingles, they replaced several sections of plywood under the shingles and re-flashed the chimney.
