Simply put, Grand Decks is one of the best construction companies that I have ever had the pleasure of hiring. It all starts at the top. The owner, whose name is Alex, is a hard worker with good people skills. He communicates with both his staff and his customers in the best possible and most constructive manner. Armando and JJ are the workers who built my front porch. They are both punctual, hard workers, keep their promises and are fantastic carpenters as well. Sales Manager Nick knows his stuff. Nick kept write on top of things. He made sure that all the needed supplies were ordered at the correct time and communicated with me at every step of the process. Nick, the Sales Manager, has a great sense of humor and works hard as well. The Office Manager, whose name is Katie, is polite, funny and a joy to work with. I could not be happier with the incredible job Grand Decks LLC did on my front porch. It looks 100% better than the old porch -- and the new porch is much safer to walk and hang out on than was the old one. The whole process was fun, since each Grand Decks worker is polite to his/her customers and get along with each other very well too.
