We're very happy we chose the team at Lifetime to install all new windows and sliding doors in our home. From start to finish, communication was excellent. We were consistently provided with timelines and updates, and the install team showed up ready to work on time, every time. Shout out to Ruben and the crew - Hugo, Zack, and Josh. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, from our sales & design consultant, Tate, to all the office staff, with a special shoutout to Nick - thanks for the coffee and mug!, and especially the installers. Thank you everyone. 10 of 10 would recommend!

After a lot of comparison shopping and multiple quotes, I went with the lowest quote, and it ended up being the best. I appreciated that the sales person was honest about the upcharge for some of my initial preferences (for example, black color and lifetime warranty) so that I could make an informed choice and save some money.
The installer, Josh L, also did a great job. He and his team got a slightly late start because the power was out in the morning, but they still managed to install two big sliding doors in a single day, and the doors look great. Over the past several years we have had the Lifetime crew replace a range of window styles and doors throughout our home. From pre-project design, timeline development, procurement, installation and post project cleanup the workflow has been spot on. Product (windows & doors) performance has been exceptional; more than meeting our expections. The entire staff ranging from project estimation/design, front office support, through project installers has been a pleasure to work with. They have also been attentive to monitoring post project results. I would not hesitate recommending the Lifetime product and staff to anyone. Thanks to all.
