“We decided it was time to replace our old windows that were always a bit drafty and were developing haze from losing their seal between panes. During the install process, we learned that the prior installation work was faulty, requiring internal bracing of the framing of several of our windows. Lifetime walked us through our options (even offering recommendations for contractors who could do the work at a lower cost). We were confident in Lifetime's crew based on their prior experience, and we chose to have them take on the added scope. In the end we made the right decision as the extra work was completed timely and professionally.
