“I'm the President of a 30 unit condominium in downtown Lake Oswego and we recently contracted with Gores Construction to resolve some serious and long standing building envelope water intrusion problems. We did a competitive three bidder process with one firm declining to bid and the other coming in significantly higher than Gores. Sean Gores was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the issues to be dealt with and attended the owner Board meeting to help us understand our problems and discuss and decide what to do. It was clear in the meeting that Gores has an in-depth knowledge of building envelope problems and the experience to solve them. We hired Gores and were immediately impressed with the professionalism of the crew. They put up a notice board in the garage showing the time line of the work and photos of the people supervising the work. We assigned two parking spaces for their use storing material and they kept the area segmented, protected and free of clutter. Scaffolding was involved in two areas of the building and they supervised the erection and made sure the ladders were secured each night to prevent unauthorized use. Gores kept us informed of their progress with weekly reports, finished on time and came in substantially under the original bid. They then left, leaving no trace they'd ever been here. Can't ask for better than that. Have heard nothing but compliments from owners, which always makes a Board's life easier. Can not recommend this firm more highly, you can trust them.“
