“We cannot say enough about the professionalism and gorgeous quality of work that Evergreen provided us. We underwent renovation of our entire second floor that lasted about 5 months, members of the team were not only respectful and concerned with our comfort, but became friendly faces we were always happy to cross paths with. We ended up adopting a newborn during this time period, which was a surprise, and Kayed, Amy, Victor, and Emily specifically were so kind and almost started to feel like family.Kayed and Amy helped us work out our budget and what was important to us, and working on the design with Amy was way more fun than I imagined. Kayed made himself available consistently and provided the best and most empathetic customer service we have ever experienced. Victor was so respectful of our space that he moved our key hooks without us even asking, he made sure to make friends with our dogs and made sure the plastic partition was as convenient for us as possible; and that was just the first week of the project. His calm demeanor set the tone for the entire team. All along, but specifically towards the end of the project, Emily did such a wonderful job communicating with us and coordinating the finishing touches. Each of the expert subcontractors who partnered with Evergreen for our project were the best of the best, incredible quality. Special touches like a huge custom wooden table to go over the dog crates, and help making our garage more usable were surprises that the term, “above and beyond” can’t even begin to describe.We are thankful everyday as we enjoy our gorgeous second floor, there are days we hardly even want to go downstairs. I first met Ivan, Fred and the team years ago when a section of siding and window flashing on my old craftsman home needed repair due to improper installation during a remodel by a previous owner. I am hard to please, and was upset and frustrated by the issues with my home. Their knowledge and attention to detail both technical and aesthetic was exceptional. Their communication and professionalism top notch. Since then they have done roofing, siding, gutters, and extensive structural rebuilding on two garages for me, as well as a whole house roof, siding, and gutters on another project. I've recommended them to several other people and only received rave reviews. This fall I discovered a new water damage issue related to a different window and siding section in our home. As upsetting as that was, having the confidence of knowing the Lada team would take care of excellence helped a lot. Highly recommend.“

“After the last destructive storm in Portland we had a lot of water/snow/ice accumulating on our church's flat roof. In the past if we left it unchecked it caused deep pooling up top. The water rose above, over and around the flashing, moving through the ceiling space and causing destructive flooding inside. Fisher sent a crew to melt, break up and remove all of the ice. We had very little water get inside, all of it before Fisher's treatment. It saved us a lot of money and potential insurance problems. They're great!“

“We had a very costly reconditoning of our roof after a leak less than a year ago and written documentation stating we have a warranty. We have a leak again and have emailed three different people and called twice over two weeks and have received no response. I see from the comments that this isn't an unusual experience. I wish we had seen the reviews before choosing them! We are planning to call one more time and if no response will file a complaint with the better business bureau and may need to hire an attorney.Update: the company reached out after this review and took care of the issue very rapidly. They had gotten very busy with a recent ice storm and missed our emails and calls.“

“Our home is one of the hundreds with trees in or on them. We called PacWest on the day of the incident. There was no rain only bitter cold ice and wind. David sent his "tarp team" who evaluated our neighbors' tarping work. We were put on the schedule and the team arrived before the torrential rains began. The "tarp team" led by Emmanuel was fabulous! Professional, thorough, knowledgeable and effective. PLUS, he is a very friendly welcoming individual.David met with us after the tarping and we found him to be very knowledgeable about the entire process of reconstruction to the upstairs area where the tree went thru the roof. We will be doing the reconstruction with PacWest Restoration so will continue to update our evaluations. Everyone in the company has been honest and dependable.“
