I haven’t owned my bike very long and it appears to have some electrical gremlins. My friend and I had just got it from the shop and were taking it home, when it through a new code and went into limp mode. Of course this was at dusk and right at the SB onramp of I-5. Even with a second wrecker providing caution lights, not all the trucks got over, like they’re supposed to. Despite that, Patrick and James kept their cool, had the right equipment to safely load up my bike, and sent pics of it tucked in that night. Safe snd sound. The next day, she was delivered back to the shop. Hopefully they get that gremlin this time. I’ll keep your card just in case they don’t.

Kyle and Alex did an amazing job on our wood floors! The floors are beautiful and look brand new! The customer service at Pacific Yurts is amazing!! Everyone is patient, kind and incredibly helpful. Especially Tammy who went above and beyond to make sure we got the yurt best suited to our needs. They answer all your questions for assembly and have a wealth of the supporting materials you need.
The fact that there is no sales tax in Oregon if you pick up the yurt not only saved us thousands of dollars in taxes but the delivery fee as well. The trip to Cottage Grove with my daughter was priceless. They load it for you and you are on your way. They quality and design reflects the decades of experience they have building customize yurt kits. I highly recommend them.
This is my second review of the Swearengin Family Enterprises. They are fantastic. They built a Faraday Cage around my house with siding from the steel house in Cottage Grove. This included very detailed sofits work. They made some beautiful screens to go over all the windows and doors using the EMF blocking mesh. They custom designed this. It was brilliantly done. Then they came back at the end for the final touch up , including replacing a dryer vent that split after 30 years. They did not even charge me for a new one. This is such a great family. It is a joy to see them every time. You will love their work.
Joe does a great job. He took our needs and made the correct recommendations on a complex design. All the moving parts came together and a great secure site was created.
The staff is friendly and helpful. Like many small businesses, they are happy to find creative solutions to your problems...be it fitness goals or financial issues. The staff is always upbeat and the facility is exceptional as far as gyms go...I feel like I'm a part of a community here, not just a number.
Kyle and his crew took a tree off my roof after the January ice storm, and returned today to clean up and trim a large fir tree in the back yard. Kyle does good work, quickly and affordably, and leaves the place cleaner than he found it. I highly recommend him. --Doc Crawford
They were very quick and kind. I couldn’t use my plumbing for a week and when they found out I was going to a hotel they got me in for a repair the next day. I used to be scared of calling plumbers but now I’ll always call them.
Bryan and his team literally saved our home. In 2022 we purchased a pine log home with known rot issues. I’m a lifelong woodworker with experience in all other aspects of woodwork, so I had a plan in my head that was going to fix this house myself. When I started cutting slices off my log ends to see where the rot “ended” I was shocked to find the rot actually got worse. The more I cut, the worse it got. I slowly realized that the rot was at least 10 times worse than I had originally thought, and my heart sank. I realized how over my head this problem was and I did some research online. I found Bryan and a few others nearby, but I vibed with Bryan best so I invited him out to give us an estimate. He spent a couple hours looking over my house and likely trying to decide if he even wanted such a job. Luckily he loves a good challenge and gave an estimate with a range from best case scenario to worst. Bryan and his crew worked through one of our worst winters putting in long hours in horrible conditions, and the whole time my house was just serving more awful surprises. We ultimately needed way more logs than we originally figured, because the rot was so much more prevalent than anticipated. I don’t know how these guys kept the motivation to keep going on some of those days, but after a few months, our home is like new again. I literally cannot believe how good he was able to make it look, given how awful it was before. And the best part is now I know my home is SOLID. He ended up replacing just under half of the horizontal exterior logs on my 2500 sqft home, 100% of all four corners included, and made it all look cohesive while adding wonderful touches to keep with and enhance the rustic uniqueness of our home. He was even able to do it within the budget of the original estimate. I couldn’t be more thankful to Bryan and his crew for their efforts, I can’t recommend him highly enough.

We are WAAYY pleased with the guys at Fort Rock. John was spectacular at finding ways of getting us exactly what we were looking for. And we just can't say enough good things about Shannon and Kevin and the outstanding job they did disassembling, then raising all our 1960 cabinets. We were also hugely pleased with the subs that Ft Rock coordinated for us (Lane Marble, Beacon Electric, Chapman Plumbing, N-Hance Refinishing). Definitely will work with Ft Rock again, and we definitely recommend them!
I want to preface this post by saying we have not had our final appointment yet. If there is no update then that experience was consistent with the empathic and caring experience we've had thus-far. Our sweet girl was diagnosed with bone cancer. The vet has incredible bed side manners and has been more than accommodating to our questions/concerns as we grieve this loss. He and his staff met me on a personal level, sharing their own stories and empowering me during the hardest decision I've ever had to make. I cannot thank them enough for being a listening ear on my hardest days. I have probably spoken to everyone in the office and they never treated me as though I was too much work. Our experience in the office was nothing short of all the loves and rubs Our family will never forget your generosity. We will be bringing our other girls here in the future. Thank you so much.

I was looking for a place in Cottage Grove to take my elderly father for a simple man’s haircut and this place was wonderful. The ladies that work here are kind and professional. They took extra care of my dad and he was pleased with the cut.
We did a lot of research before hiring someone to do our siding. Northwest Siding had great reviews and was very competitive. Our siding was in disrepair and the sheathing was beginning to show water damage. They replaced our damaged siding with Hardy, repaired the damaged sheathing, and put up a high quality house wrap. They also repaired the issues which caused the water damage in the sheathing for very little extra cost. The crew that worked for us was a father and son crew that showed up on time, worked hard every day, and even brought us some delicious bbq on two occasions. I highly recommend them.
Tip of Beauty is a little slice of heaven. I went for a mani/pedi and facial and left feeling fabulous! The products used were great for my sensitive skin and I'm still feeling the benefits of them a week later. Christina is absolutely wonderful and I will be back to see her! I highly recommend going!

I was almost ready to buy a new iPad because it wouldn’t hold a charge. These folks checked it out, and showed me that not only did I not need to replace my iPad, I didn't even need a new battery. They quickly replaced the charging cord and cleaned out the port so I could have my iPad back quickly. Good work, timely repair, and reasonable price. Great place.

Hello, generally my experience was satisfactory, however the doctor who conducted my exam didn’t take a lot of time with me. I know from a previous visit to another eye care doctor in Eugene that I have the beginning of cataract but not ready for removal. The doctor here didn’t mention it. When I got my glasses The doctor over corrected my vision. I was told to wear them a week and come back later if my eyes had not adjusted to the new prescription. When they didn’t I again saw the same doctor who over corrected my vision. Again he didn’t take much time with me as he dialed in the correct measurements for my new glasses. He acknowledged he had over corrected for my vision during the first visit and upon his departure from the exam room he never offered an apology for the inconvenience I incurred as a result of his examination.
Everyone has bad days so I’m giving this doctor the benefit of any doubts I had about his competency and/or demeanor. The rest of the staff were gracious and accommodating, especially the woman who fit my new glasses after the second exam. As a result of this experience I am transferring my business to another eye provider in Eugene. Thank you for the service I received and wish the staff and doctors at Pacific Clear Vision in Cottage Grove office success in their endeavors.

This is a great small nursery but most of all a national seed co. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They really seem to love their jobs! Not sure what changed recently but this is a very positive and fun place to shop! I'll be back.

Such an amazing establishment, we had to come to such a hard decision to put to rest one our family dogs , even though it was a hard decision to make the veterinarian said we were making the right choice
We had our daughter take him in and have him checked out after finding out he had fluid in his lungs we had to make that decision of him not suffering anymore ,
During this time of grief the amazing staff was nothing but supportive and caring made my daughter feel so much better about the care for our dog
We decided to get him cremated and when I went pick up the ashes the staff was beyond nice and just so amazing they definitely showed of much they care about their job and we will be forever going to this veterinary clinic for future checkups I highly recommend this place
