Jon Miller from customer support was extremely helpful, above and beyond anything I expected.He contacted me by phone and then by email, he understood the problem with the yurt lock, and although these lock are discontinued, he managed to find the blanks I need and shipped them.Thank you very much!

I recently purchased a 24' Pacific Yurt that I plan on living in Southern Oregon. I had already visited their Cottage Grove site where they have the model yurts set up and toured those which is very helpful for seeing the size, layouts, etc. I completed the Yurt building model on their website and submitted it. The buying process was very straightforward over the phone with them having access to my online submission. Great follow-up and communication. I am looking forward to picking my Yurt up and beginning the build process here in a few months.

Pacific Yurts has been immensely accommodating to us over the last year of engagement. Due to a combination of calendars, financial woes (unemployment), and site permit navigation we have delayed our pick-up date 3 times (on our request). Every time - without fail - the company (particularly Tammy) has accommodated our requests, and been nothing but helpful to ensure our plans come to fruition.From the time that we walked onto the Cottage Grove grounds over a year ago to this very morning, Tammy has helped educate us, provided guidance in how to determine build/design needs, and always made sure we feel comfortable with our plans and decisions.
