Tammy, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure customers get the yurt best suited to their needs. They answer all questions for assembly and provide a wealth of supporting materials. The fact that there is no sales tax in Oregon if you pick up the yurt saves customers thousands of dollars in taxes and delivery fees. The quality and design of the yurts reflect the decades of experience the company has in building custom yurt kits. Pacific Yurts has also been generous in donating one of their yurts to Still Got Your 6 Farms in North Carolina, which will become a peaceful and purposeful space for healing and connection, especially for the veterans the farm serves.
Wonderful customer service. We talked with Tammy about getting a yurt to live in and she answered all our questions honestly and patiently. Very friendly and personable. She even remembered us after a year as we were making our decision. Even tho we didnt end up getting a yurt from them the friendly and honest help is worth 5 stars. Would.comsider them in the future!
I have been in their yurts as well and helped set them up. Lovingly made and durable. Relatively easy to set up with some freinds. My dad has one still standing with just the canvas on a wooden platform from 2012. It takes a lot of adjusting and tightening but its not complicated. He has it set up...read full review
Tammy is great, she has wonderful customer service, patience and understanding! We had lots of questions and Tammy answered kindly. Even though we didn't get a yurt now to live in, we may get a small one in the future for fun to build with the kids. Highly recommend Pacific Yurts.
From a seamless sales experience to awesome shipping solution (I thought the crating fee was excessive until everything arrived… the crating was first class). The instructions were flawless and everything fit wonderfully. It wasn’t easy… but neither is an IKEA assembly. We love our Pacific Yurt. The Wind/Snow kit added several hours to the assembly, but our yurt is now rock solid!
