The staff is friendly and helpful. Like many small businesses, they are happy to find creative solutions to your problems...be it fitness goals or financial issues. The staff is always upbeat and the facility is exceptional as far as gyms go...I feel like I'm a part of a community here, not just a number.

Anytime Fitness Cottage Grove is the kind of place that has your back! The whole experience is awesome from the friendliness of the staff to the cleanliness of the gym, and these people know how to have fun! I highly recommend!

I recently went to Three Clouds on Main and had a wonderful experience! I called to make an appointment for a one hour massage but delighted, when told that they were running a special that was 75 minutes for the same price as 60 minutes. What a great surprise! Putsi was the knick name of my massage therapist and she was fabulous, she asked me all kinds of questions before we began to ensure that I would be as comfortable as possible during our session. After my massage, which was wonderful, I was given time to recuperate and then given a light snack of almonds and dried cranberries and cool water to drink.
