I grew up in Portland and traveled for a living, I had a hairdresser in every state on the West Coast. I just received a Halo color and trim that would’ve cost me $125 anywhere else. Her prices were very reasonable. I paid $40, I would recommend her. She has years of experience and anticipated the difficulty in coloring my hair with out me even saying anything.
