Working with Kyle at Mr. Sandless was effortless. They got me in quickly, adhered to their timeline, and introduced zero surprises. They know what they’re doing and you can expect that what they estimate is what you’ll receive; clearly not their second rodeo. The floor we had refinished was an original, red oak, 1950s floor.
