The service provided is exceptional, and the massages and adjustments are of great quality. The staff is very friendly and professional, making every visit a pleasant experience. My husband and I have been seeing tremendous results since we started using Aspen. Overall, I highly recommend them for their excellent service, skilled therapists, and effective treatments.

I went to chiropractic care here for at least 2 years before VA authorizations dried up, in the beginning I had not very good results because of the adjustment gun that was being used. I asked for a manual adjustment from the chiropractor, which is less high tech but I really needed the manual moving of the bones and tissues. Kind of a lot of bone and muscle to move. While traveling we stopped in Cottage Grove. So as a new patient I was blown away by how wonderfully Natalia was able to adjust me. I’ve been to several chiropractors and physical therapy at home with very limited results. I’ve been in constant pain for 2+ years. One treatment by Natalia gave me about 75-80% relief. I have been dealing with neck, shoulder, hip, & back pain. She is amazing. I highly recommend her especially if you have been hunting for a long time and received minimal relief elsewhere. On a scale from 1-10 I give her a 10Job well done
