Great Service and stellar attitudes!!!We called per the instructions of our State Farm agent and Mickey took the call, was very nice and sent James to us in record time! James was wonderful and fast, he got our flat tire swapped for our spare which he also had to air up for us and we were on the road. I cannot recommend highly enough.
I recently locked my keys in my truck after a rough, stressful day, but I knew I could call Mickey at Captain Hooks Towing and recovery and they would take good care of me. Mickey sent someone out right away, and the nice young man had my truck opened and keys in my hand in about 2 minutes. Mickey is a wonderful human being, and has a great crew, they have handled numerous towing tasks for myself and family members. I would never call anyone else, Captain Hooks Towing and Recovery is the best!
I missed my gas light heading home from work on a Sunday and Captain Hook Towing came to my rescue in a speedy time. Mickey was late to a family dinner so he could provide emergency service. He also jumped my car because the battery was dead. Mickey is friendly and knowledgeable to provide excellent service. I would trust him towing my car and would call him again.
