Of course of all times it was a Friday night and most plumbers were unreachable but Tony was prompt and came right away. “We moved to Niagara-on-the-Lake in September. The townhouse that I purchased requires an update to the HVAC system. I called Upper Canada Mechanical and Dan Plomish answered the phone on the first ring. As soon as I described the system that I have he knew the complex where my home is located and has done work for some of my neighbours. Dan and his crew arrived at the scheduled time and began the task to remove the old system to get a much more energy efficient and quiet system in the house. They put down work mats and were careful to make sure our two house cats didn't get out the door as they came and went. I am confident that I wasn't be sold anything more than what I need to accomplish my goal. We are extremely happy with the job that was done as well as with the equipment that was installed. I would highly recommend Dan if you need any HVAC work. On a side note, as we are new to the area, Dan was great at giving us the names of other local contractors, plumbers, etc. with whom he has confidence. We have been in touch with some of them and are impressed with the friendly and quick attention to our needs after mentioning Dan's name.“

“Here it is the night before New Years Eve and our furnace stopped working.. Temperature outside -12. We woke up and immediately call J & S Heating. They took our information and even though they were closed for the holiday, there technician called and told me he would be here at a certain time. He arrived recognized the problem and fixed it all within an hour. I must say they are very professional and Owen explained everything that caused the problem. Owen is a very diligent and friendly young man.
