They called around to suppliers and gave us a quote for the part which was half the price quoted by Reliance who told us "At that price you might as well replace your furance." No up sale, just an honest conversation. Same day replacement. Couldn't be happier!“

“We moved to Niagara-on-the-Lake in September. The townhouse that I purchased requires an update to the HVAC system. I called Upper Canada Mechanical and Dan Plomish answered the phone on the first ring. As soon as I described the system that I have he knew the complex where my home is located and has done work for some of my neighbours. Dan and his crew arrived at the scheduled time and began the task to remove the old system to get a much more energy efficient and quiet system in the house. They put down work mats and were careful to make sure our two house cats didn't get out the door as they came and went. I am confident that I wasn't be sold anything more than what I need to accomplish my goal. We are extremely happy with the job that was done as well as with the equipment that was installed. I would highly recommend Dan if you need any HVAC work. On a side note, as we are new to the area, Dan was great at giving us the names of other local contractors, plumbers, etc. with whom he has confidence. “Incredibly impressed with the plumbing services we received from Tony at Modern Plumbing. We had a plumbing leak from a cistern pump pipe. Of course of all times it was a Friday night and most plumbers were unreachable but Tony was prompt and came right away. I know for a fact we would have woken up to a flooded basement if it wasn't for Tonys dedication to come to our house that evening. “Grant was excellent when he visited my home. He was able to provide additional next steps as our furnace required replacing for a safety issue.

Took a star off for my initial call to support, as I was specific to our issue and was sold a maintenance package that did not include service calls, so had to call back and change the package to the correct one. That being said, the call was booked for the following day. Quite happy otherwise.“

Called J&S and they were there the next day as promised. Matt and Dillon(?) arrived and actually repaired the issue and explained the problem as well. Another large corporate hvac company was here and had indicated the ac had died and tried to sell us a heat and air unit for an exorbitant price when all we wanted was an ac unit.
