Top notch service, highly recommended! I’m a local teacher here in Welland. Fabian had tremendous services, he was kind and personable. Answered my call late into the evening and showed up right on time. He knew what the issue was as he was walking outside just by the sound. Diagnosed within a minute, he had the replacement parts on him and was in and out of my house in 25 minutes.
Great local guy, didn’t upsell me. Told me what I need to look forward to doing in the future as my unit is 6 years old. Will be happy to call him again!
