Thornhill Skin Clinic
“I truly cannot say enough about Thornhill Skin Care and the incredible people behind it. Over time, it has become so much more to me than simply a place to go for skin care and treatments. It is a place where you genuinely feel cared for, listened to, understood, and valued.
From the moment you walk through the door, you can feel the difference. There is such a warmth and genuine kindness from the entire team. You are never made to feel like just another client or another appointment being rushed through the day. They take the time to listen to you, understand your concerns, answer your questions, and make sure you feel comfortable and confident every step of the way.
At the heart of it all is Shawn Solomon. Shawn is truly exceptional. Her depth of knowledge when it comes to skin care, aging, treatments, and procedures is incredible, but what makes her even more special is how deeply she cares about the people who put their trust in her.
She takes the time to really get to know her clients and understand what they are hoping to achieve. Her consultations are thoughtful, detailed, honest, and incredibly thorough. She never makes you feel rushed or pressured. Instead, she takes the time to educate you, explain your options, and help you make decisions that are right for you personally.
What I have always appreciated most about Shawn is that her care does not begin and end with a treatment. She is there before, during, and after. She genuinely wants to know how you are doing, how you are feeling, and whether you are happy with your experience and results. That level of dedication and availability is something you simply do not find everywhere. Knowing that you have someone you can reach out to, someone who genuinely cares and is always willing to answer your questions or provide reassurance, creates a level of trust that is priceless.
And then there is the team. I honestly don't know how they do it, but they are so beautifully in sync with one another. There is such a natural sense of teamwork, respect, and support. Everyone knows their role, yet everyone is equally invested in making sure that every client feels special and well cared for. You can feel that they enjoy working together, and that energy carries through the entire experience.
I have been fortunate to experience many things at Thornhill Skin Care over the years, and what has remained constant is the genuine dedication, professionalism, knowledge, and heart that Shawn and her team bring to everything they do. In an industry where trust is so important, I have complete confidence in them.
There are many places that can offer treatments, but not every place can offer the level of knowledge, honesty, personal attention, compassion, and genuine care that you receive at Thornhill Skin Care.
For me, that is what makes this place so special.
Shawn and her team have created something truly beautiful—a place where science and expertise meet compassion and genuine human connection. I am so grateful to have found them and to have been in their care. I would recommend Thornhill Skin Care wholeheartedly and without hesitation to anyone who is looking not only for exceptional skin care and treatments, but for people they can truly trust.
Thank you, Shawn, and to your entire amazing team, for the care, dedication, and heart you put into every single person who walks through your doors. It does not go unnoticed, and it means more than you know.”
