“Exceptional practice of the absolute best team of professionals ever! Especially Thomas! I had been to a few other places before being recommended to Physioactive and I am so grateful that I found such an amazing physiotherapist, not only for myself but then a few years later, also for my mom. My mom had a very bad fall where she shattered her elbow and had to have emergency surgery to put 2 steel plates in her elbow. After her surgery, the fracture clinic at the hospital recommended her to another physio clinic, which she went to for nearly 2 months post-op, but they were terrible. They didn’t care about her recovery and did nothing to help her get any use of her arm. The surgeon told her that she was not making progress and would never have full use of her arm if she didn’t make progress by 3-6 month post-op. I called Thomas and he was able to get her in right away! He and the team at the clinic worked with her diligently and she was able to recover FULL use of her arm as a result!! The surgeon was shocked at her immediate progress and said that he had never seen someone have more progress at the later stage of recovery!
