“We just had these guys in to remove a nasty, dead, twin trunk hemlock tree. They did a great job from start to finish. It was in between 2 houses , with cable lines and other obstacles in their way. “We were very pleased with the work done on our backyard trees by Darryl and the team at Upanoak Tree Care. Of particular concern we had an 80 foot silver maple with a lot of dead wood including at the tips. Other companies may have been able to climb up and remove the lower dead branches but could not safely access the higher ones or the tips. However, Upanoak had access to a Spider Crane-lift which got them right into the canopy. All of the work done including removal of a nuisance black walnut and other trimming and cleanup took them a good day and a half of steady work. We could tell how much they all cared about doing a good job and always operated safely. We highly recommend them.“
“This is the second time using their services and from estimate to execution, Toronto Tree Removal services continues to be such a pleasure to deal with. Within 24 hours of requesting a quote, Aaron and his team were on site and providing us with a verbal as well as a follow-up quote via email. Getting a few others out to our place to just provide a quote required scheduling gymnastics that lasted a week. Scheduling the work was equally as quick and professional. The assigned team communicated well with us, and were at our place early in the morning as planned. Before they began, they confirmed their understanding of the scope of work, clearly explained their process, and spent the next 4-5 hours efficiently executing and cleaning up all of the debris. “Michael explained my options clearly, gave good advice and arranged for the whole job to be done promptly. The team were polite, efficient and hard-working, and they did a great job cutting down and clearing the branches of the old apricot tree. Michael arranged to have the stump grinded down as well and the fellow who did this, Al, even volunteered to dig the hole for the next tree (in case there were roots there as well ). “The Re:Leaf Group was hired for major arbor work on our property 10 years ago, and we were so satisfied, we asked them to return. Andrew reviewed our list of arbor work and provided an estimate to trim 3 mature trees and 4 smaller trees/bushes and remove deadwood. His responses were prompt. On the scheduled day, Andrew and Alex arrived and set to work on one linden (trim branches away from roof, clear deadwood, and check cable bracing), and the second linden (clear branches from hydro lines, clear deadwood). Our neighbour's apple tree was trimmed so branches did not overhang our property. The Amur maple, dogbane, lilac bush, and oak leaf hydrangea were trimmed to contain their size and form. It is clear that Andrew loves his work and is very adept. He is conscientious and courteous. A skilled climber, he works efficiently and safely. Our property was cleaned up afterwards and he only departed after we were satisfied that the job was thorough and completed. We recommend the Re:Leaf Group and look forward to hiring them again in future. Thank you Andrew and Alex!“
