You better make sure you are recording these guys because if you do not show proof of damage then they will not do anything to fix the situation
I hired these guys to detail my car so that I could sell it and they cause damage which is making a LOT harder to sell.
Auto detailing pro could improve by NOT damaging the vehicles that they're supposed to be cleaning
They could improve by actually responding to customer complaints instead of just ignoring phone calls and emails hoping that I will go away
