I had a pedicure and a nail refill here. Overall, I was happy with the final result my nails turned out exactly the way I wanted. However, I was disappointed with the customer service. During the pedicure, the filing around the corners of my toenails was extremely painful, and I said “ouch.” Instead of checking if I was okay, the staff member told me I was “too picky.” I don’t think that’s an appropriate comment to make to a customer, especially during a first visit. During my nail refill, I politely asked if they could avoid making my nails too thick and shape them a little pointier.
