McPipe Plumbing is awesome! Ethan was very courteous and professional. We had several plumbing jobs to do around the house and Ethan took the time to explain the pros and cons of various solutions - which was very much appreciated!
Ethan conducted himself with the outmost integrity which is so rare to find nowadays. Although he could have charged us for some unnecessary work I initially was thinking of doing, he explained why it isn't the best solution and we ended up going for something different that makes more sense and was less expensive.
He loves what he does and it shows! Highly recommended! If I could give more stars I would!
Great communication, honest work, fair prices! I’ve used other plumbers that give you the run around and this plumber is the complete opposite. He is thorough, professional, and actually able to diagnose and fix the issue. I’d keep this guy on retainer if I could!
Ethan does a fantastic job! He diagnosed a leak, fixed it, then found and fixed two additional plumbing concerns that we didn't know we had. From the start to the finish, he let us know the plan, the price and did exactly as he said he would. He is professional in every sense of the word - good with getting back to you, on time, friendly and clean and tidy in the house. Needless to say we are very happy with his work and will not hesitate to recommend him to friends.
