“I give this salon a 5 star rating. I walked in a few months ago looking for someone who could cut my hair and add some layers. In the past, I had many bad experiences where the hair dressers would cut shorter than I asked and the layers would never look good. Since I came to this salon, I have never been disappointed. Not only is it clean and very well maintained, everyone is very understanding and sweet! Laurence has definitely helped make me feel better in a matter of hours.This salon is also very experienced with extensions, I had k-tip (keratin fusion) extensions that were long overdue. I booked here to have them removed/ install new ones. The quality of the hair provided is 10/10 and the service as well.Quite frankly, if you are looking for a salon that will prioritize the quality of the service more than the $$, this is the perfect place. It was my first visit to Polaris Nail & Spa, but it will not be my last. Hanah was kind, professional, and meticulous with my nails--they still look amazing today (a week and a half later). I've had shellac done at another salon where after about 4 days, it started to peel off so I am very pleased with this job. The salon has a peaceful, welcoming vibe. Highly recommend!“
