“I went in with a friend who was getting her cat's food. The staff was friendly and willing to help. I did a mini tour, I got to meet some cats that were up for adoption. You can tell when individuals really love their jobs the dude was so excited to show us the cats. It was my first time ever being in a Petsmart. I was really intrigued, the best part of my visit was the grooming area and seeing the dogs being groomed.“

“We had a great experience with Cindy. We couldn't bring our 3 year old dog anywhere, he was so anxious and would bark at everything. She suggested we bring him in for puppy classes and get him used to people and other dogs.

He's done so well, and he's now able to go for walks with absolutely no issues. I was able to bring him to a family gathering and he did beautifully. The skills in the class were a great refresher, but the patience from the staff and willingness to adapt to our unique situation is what made the biggest impact.“
