Liz did an amazing job grooming my cockapoo, Smudge! He can be pretty difficult during haircuts, but she was so patient and professional with him. He looks absolutely adorable, and it’s clear she really cares about the dogs she works with. I highly recommend Liz to anyone looking for a groomer who takes the time to make even the more challenging pups feel comfortable!
Nathalie R is so sweet and does an amazing job grooming our two gentle giants. All the staff are great. Highly recommend. I know it’s a big box store but it’s locally managed and amazing per lovers here.
I bought a betta fish here and sadly when I got the fish home it wasn’t doing well. I brought it back a few days later- petsmart gave me a full refund and spent time helping me understand what was wrong with the fish and tested my water to make sure everything was okay. Everyone I interacted with was lovely and super helpful. Shout out to Lorie on cash for being great and the two fish experts at the back for the helpful info!
