“My son and I brought our beloved 20-year-old cat, Tibby, to Eastside Animal Hospital for an emergency visit, and we are so grateful for the kindness and compassion we received. The staff were able to get us in quickly and even took care of obtaining Tibby’s records from our previous veterinarian, which made an already stressful situation much easier. From the moment we arrived, we felt that Tibby was being treated with genuine care.
Dr. Virginia Madsen was wonderful with both Tibby and us. She took the time to clearly explain what was happening and, given Tibby’s age and condition, helped us understand that our focus needed to be on keeping her comfortable and managing her pain. Sadly, Tibby continued to decline, and several days later we had to say goodbye to her. We are incredibly thankful for the compassion Dr. Madsen and the entire team showed Tibby and our family during such a difficult time. Their kindness meant more to us than they probably realize, and we would wholeheartedly recommend Eastside Animal Hospital to anyone looking for caring and compassionate veterinary care.”
