My go to place for all my pets needs. Store is well maintained and staff are knowledgeable. Can always find what I need and when I have any questions my go to person is Lexie. You can tell she really cares about animals and it is a joy to see her with her dog classes…only wish I had a 🐶
The employees are always friendly and thats about it ehen it comes to the store. its kind if eerie actually. im not sure if they have mucis playing in there but the store gives off ghost town vibes.
This is my store and I am usually happy with the service. But something must be said for the nightmare with the free photos with Santa. I went to the trouble of bathing grooming my pups for their booked appointment. I made an appointment the first day it was available to book When I got there the line was all around the entire store I asked one girl when her appointment was and she was not even 1/2 way through the line and hers was 4;25 pm and it was now 5:00 pm mine was 4:55 pm I had to leave without my pictures.How could they be so far behind in their appointments?
