“Exceptional customer service. We were looking for a Ruff Land Kennel and happened upon the website. I emailed to ask a few questions and received a quick response. I then followed up with a phone call and made arrangements to come to the store to look at the kennels. When we got to the store Mike spent the time to ensure we had the right kennel for us and checked that it fit in our vehicle. Great store with a lot of excellent quality products. We don't live in the area but we will absolutely be shopping here whenever we can.“
