“The Groom Room was absolutely amazing with my dog! The updates throughout her appointment were incredible—I received both videos and photos showing how she was doing, which really put my mind at ease. The transparency, communication, and overall service were outstanding.

I was pleasantly surprised at how calm she was during drop off. She wasn’t reactive or barking at all, which is unusual since she can be anxious in new environments. It was clear she felt comfortable and was in great hands.

She came home looking beautiful, smelling great, and feeling fresh - I couldn’t be happier with the experience and would definitely recommend The Groom Room!“
