“I have a surrender dog Jackson and he is almost 14. We have used Green Lane Animal Hospital since we got him at 3.5 years. They have the most competent doctors, always prepared to spend that extra time with you and answer all questions. The front staff are fantastic each and everyone of the girls and the technicians they use, even though we don't interact as much with them are also absolutely wonderful. If you ever need a veterinary hospital for your 4 legged fur baby, our family highly recommend

“The Groom Room was absolutely amazing with my dog! The updates throughout her appointment were incredible—I received both videos and photos showing how she was doing, which really put my mind at ease. The transparency, communication, and overall service were outstanding.

I was pleasantly surprised at how calm she was during drop off. She wasn’t reactive or barking at all, which is unusual since she can be anxious in new environments. It was clear she felt comfortable and was in great hands.

“After trying so many different grooming salons for my dogs, I can honestly say I’ve finally found the right one! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the salon is spotless, cozy, and has a relaxing atmosphere for both pets and their owners.

There is plenty of parking, which makes drop-off and pick-up so easy. My dogs received a full grooming, and their haircuts turned out absolutely beautiful—exactly what I was hoping for. You can really tell they care about the quality of their work and treat every dog with love and patience.

On top of that, their pricing is very reasonable for the excellent service they provide. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be bringing my dogs back. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a caring and professional grooming salon! 🐾💕“

“Doggieland Vaughan has been absolutely amazing with our girl, Yuna. She is a very nervous rescue, and while we tried another boarding location first, she became so comfortable with the Vaughan team that we now willingly drive much farther just to board her here.

Yuna is incredibly skittish around strangers, but the team has been so patient and kind that she has genuinely grown to love everyone there. As a more introverted dog, she gets the exact space and boundaries she needs to feel safe. We can finally rest easy on our trips knowing she is in such caring, capable hands. “Idk where all of the bad reviews came from, but I got my cat here and she is the best cat ever. The staff was very friendly and accommodating (she kept my pet on hold when I went to take cash, instead of giving it to another potential buyer). The cats were kept in a very humane environment (see video - inside a huge glass door with lot of toys and cat climbing tools) so I am not sure why people are complaining about the cages and poor treatment. They allow guest to interact with the kittens $10 per person which is deductible if you purchased the kitten after. Maybe it’s the grooming that gives the bad review but this place is great if you want to get a kitten of good temper!“
