I have been bringing my golden retriever here for years, and have never had a bad experience! The groomers are always so welcoming making sure my dog feels comfortable and happy. I would recommend to anyone looking to treat their pets to an amazing little spa experience.
Fantastic first experience, extremely friendly staff, our Shih Tzu is 5 years old and I don’t think he’s ever looked this good ever! Thank you to Lupita and the staff and Guau Pet Spa, communication, timing, professionalism and overall experience was absolutely fantastic!
They do know how to groom dogs and did a good job when I took my dog there two times.However, they are only specialized in small breeds and don't know how to handle medium or large breeds. My dog was a goldendoodle and weighed around 30 pounds at the time. The last time I took her there for grooming, she got bloody diarrhea afterward, which was an indicator of exposure to stress and anxiety.Since then, we have found another groomer, my dog is healthy and happy after the grooming sessions.
