“We chose Empower based on strong recommendations and were initially impressed. Sal, the salesperson, was responsive and informative during the quoting process, even following up regularly to secure our business. We agreed on a system and were happy with the price and service—until installation day.

When the crew arrived on Sunday morning, I noticed the indoor units were not what had been quoted and were of lower quality. I reached out to Sal via text and phone, hoping for clarification or assistance, but he was unresponsive at first and later dismissive, stating that the installers could make changes as needed, and that he was not responsible for the wrong units being delivered. His lack of accountability and poor follow-up was very disappointing, especially after his initial enthusiasm.

Thankfully, the installation crew—led by Patrick—was outstanding. They acknowledged the issue, promised to return the following day with the correct units, and worked diligently and professionally to get as much done as possible. True to their word, they returned the next day and completed the job with care and expertise. Patrick and his team went above and beyond, restoring our confidence in Empower.

While the sales experience left much to be desired, the exceptional installation team saved the day. I would absolutely recommend Patrick and his crew and will still recommend Empower overall—with the caveat to be cautious if dealing with Sal during the sales process.

“Called Ali for my furnace maintenance, which I had not done for 3 yrs. He came in on time and did a great job. He cleaned and showed me the gunk that had accumulated and shared tips on how to clean them on my own. He also had replacements for my dehumidifier filter so I didnt have go shopping.

He provided me an over health report of my furnace which showed it stills giving 98% efficiency. Very happy with his service, recommend him and will use him for maintenance and repair instead of Encare or reliance“
