They helped me repair my furnace during a holiday. I had tried calling a couple companies before only MegaCity answered the phone during Thanksgiving. Dave came by within an hour and Mark one of their techs came soon later to fix my issue. Great service!
A family owned business with integrity. My gas furnace wouldn't light much less catch. Powered off and on repeatedly - but nothing. Megacity sent Tony out the next morning and voila- it lit and caught when he opened it up. I was so embarrassed. Yet Tony refused to accept payment for the housecall! Amazing integrity hard to find nowadays. Will be my supplier when I need anything HVAC.
Fantastic experience with Megacity! They came highly recommended by my friend who refers lots of his clients there as a trusted vendor.
Dave came and explained everything to us; we felt confident and comfortable that buying a new furnace was necessary and the one we were getting was the right fit for us.
Mark came a few days later to do the install. He kept us updated on his progress and handled all the little issues that came up efficiently and professionally. He also took the extra step to help tidy up before leaving.
Overall I highly recommend this company!
