Our house was doing basement renovation, there’s lots of work because of new room reorganizing. Veronika, Lyie, Rees are very professional and detail driven, they are not only installed the new pipes according to code, also they changed wrong pipes which done by previous house owner, it avoided potential fire, keep our house safe. I first contacted Hamco due to a CO leak in the house that the gas company said was caused by the furnace. Upon investigation, Nolan determined it was the Water Heater and that I'd need to work with Reliance for that since I rented from them. He was very courteous and helpful in letting me know of the options available to me, and I was very happy dealing with him.After two separate Reliance techs did nothing and said it wasn't the heater, and 3 more instances of the CO alarm going off over a couple weeks, I contacted Hamco to look at buying a heater outright and having them install it. Very happy with Andrew at Hamco with oil furnace conversion to heat pump. Lots of options out there, but Hamco proved superior not only in terms of price, but assistance with design, selection, and installation. Andrew even helped guide us through the grants process, which was an important factor in our decision to convert to a heat pump.
