We needed a new kitchen faucet installed, and whilst that doesn't sound like a big deal (and something we'd normally be able to tackle ourselves) we were wary being that the repair is in a condo, and if we made a mistake it could cause issues for the building. He came back. Open the tile from the wall. Water drops were coming from plastic compression fitting. He fixed it. Charged no money.
