“We had an excellent experience with this company. We needed a new kitchen faucet installed, and whilst that doesn't sound like a big deal (and something we'd normally be able to tackle ourselves) we were wary being that the repair is in a condo, and if we made a mistake it could cause issues for the building. To further compound, the faucet was built into a cabinet and an under mount sink, below a marble surface in an island. Initially it looked like we'd have to remove cabinetry, and possibly the stone, to access the repair. Anyway - we were super keen to get the job done and understood the work involved, so we agreed to the quote. When the plumber, called Young, arrived, he was super courteous, friendly and bang on time. He was able to do the job swiftly and professionally WITHOUT the suggested upheaval of cabinetry removal. The result to us? A perfectly functioning faucet install, priced at a QUARTER of the original quote. Young did a PERFECT job. “Therm Tech has serviced my combi unit for a few years now with out issue. After the technician completed the annual service visit, something didn't seem right. It was already thurs. 7 pm on the evening of the Easter long weekend. I called them with the intention of leaving a message and hoping they could come by on Monday.
