ABW AIR SYSTEMS installed a new furnace for us a few days ago. The process went like clockwork. Jeff and Josh were on time, work completed efficiently and quickly. They kept us involved in the process with suggestions and options. They were extremely clean and left everything as they found it. Thank you ABW. For an excellent job well done.
Josh from ABW assessed our issue and determined we needed a new water heater. It was quickly and neatly installed the next day, following all Covid-19 protocols. And then... they detected a problem with the gas pressure which was also causing issues with our furnace as well as the new water heater. They dealt with Enbridge directly, waited for the gas tech, ran the tests with him and long after he left, determined that they would leave us with heat and hot water. Five and a half hours after they completed installation, they found a gas valve that was 1/2 closed - and probably had been that way for decades. I am so grateful for their attention to detail and their determination that kept them searching until they found the exact problem and solved it!
