I called on a Saturday and had the best tech come out and fix my AC. I was so happy because he was able to fix it for me right away. The other tech came out Sunday evening and took care of the issue with my furnace, which needed some parts replaced, including sensors, fans and new controls. Both were great and the job was done on the same day
I had a problem with water heater. The technician arrived and determined the problem very quickly. My problem was approached with respect and investigated. I called them to fix the leaks. When the problem was solved, he cleaned the workstation, which was nice.
Chris knows how to fix things. He quickly found the problem and explained in a calm way what caused it and what happened as a result. He also gave advice about how the boiler should be used and how it should be replaced in the future.
