The first technician came out and quickly diagnosed the problem with our water heater and ordered the needed part. We thought we would have to wait for days, but we were pleasantly surprised when a second technician came the very next day with the replacement part and repaired it.

The Drain Guys are prompt, help find solutions, and do what they say they are going to do! They solved a years-long problem with my home that is now no longer an issue, and helped it fit in my budget. I don't recommend contractors very often. I definitely recommend these folks!

She does her very best to work anyone into her schedule, and is always gracious when it’s a last minute ask. I always leave her chair feeling refreshed!
New go to salon! Receptionist was great & upon arrival was offered drinks while waiting. All of the stylists & assistants seemed to just mesh so well, which always just makes for a better environment(good vibes). Mallory did such a phenomenal job on my hair. She is so attentive with the process. Made sure every step of the way that I loved it. Purchased the PUREOLOGY heat protectant & it’s so worth the purchase. This is now Scott's Barber Shop. My son and I visit regularly. I have spent the last 15 plus years traveling the U.S. and had many barbers. I can say, not only is Scott one of the best, but also he is an amazing man who always does his best to accommodate his customers, new and regular. Here's to never switching barbers again, as well as never having a bad cut again!

TAYLOR WAS EXCELLENT. She is a very very talented professional! She made it a very pleasant experience. She explained to me about all the products. As I was there I witness her answering the phone and helping and man on the phone for almost 10 to 15 minutes. She displayed the most patience answering every question about the services. She never once rushed him off the phone, was consistently reassuring and so helpful. She deserves a standing ovation. I drive from the Luther/Jones area so that alone should tell you that the service is spectacular! Not pricey and great vibes every time I come. Everyone is super friendly and good at what they do. I love this nail shop so much it’s worth every trip and they take their time to make sure the service and request is perfect. They get 10 stars from me. Oh and they provide you with wine if you like a buzz while relaxing and getting pampered. I just love it here and my daughter loved her set as well.

We found ourselves in the middle of a medium bed bug infestation. Apparently, only some people are affected by the bites of these little creatures, in this case me, and they would wake me in the middle of the night. We called Trizone Bed Bug and Pest Control. Michael is very professional and taught us what we didn't know about bed bugs. Arrived when he said he would arrive and took very good care of our home. Thank you, Michael! We are bug free.

10/10 recommend Downing Chiropractor Clinic. Came in barely able to walk due to lower back pain and within a week was already at about 90% full health. Staff has been incredibly nice and welcoming as well.

Unfortunately, Dr. Maas was too rough during my adjustments, and it began to aggravate my symptoms. When he did my adjustment, I would be very sore afterward. Going 2x a week with a 2-3 day recovery was too much for me.
Dr. Morlan was always very considerate of my chronic ailments, as well as precise and gentle.
Massages and some of the extra therapies were generally helpful.
I did feel like they were a bit pushy on both the sales and reviews. After realizing my car insurance was paying for my visits, Dr. Maass added new services & my visits began to take 2 hours each time.
When I initially signed up for service, I wasn't entirely clear on what I would be receiving and unknowingly signed up for a full gut cleanse. While I understand the benefits and it did improve my symptoms temporarily, there were underlying aspects that could have proven dangerous for me as I struggle to maintain my weight (underweight due to chronic conditions)
The xrays are not done professionally, but rather done by anyone on the team, including brand new employees. My rheumatologist was surprised to see they xrayed me while I was wearing heeled boots.
Overall, the vibes are good & it's a great practice for some people. Heavy Christian influence, including music.
I do believe I was sent to this office for a reason and it did help for a few months.

We had a chihuahua who, according to our old vet, was a goner. Granted, he was an old dog in terrible shape. When we switched to Chisholm Trail Vet, Dr. Womack's expertise shone through. He meticulously checked Bear over, explaining our options in detail and helping us understand the effects of each medication. Bear perked up and ended up living a few more years with a high quality of life, a testament to Dr. Womack's skill and care! When Bear's health issues finally caught back up with him, he was an old dog who was ready to go. Dr. Womack and his wife, Sherri, helped us tremendously through that tough time. Now our pointer-mix has degenerative bone disease. Thanks to Dr. Womack's dedication to learning new medicines and techniques, he was able to find a great product that helps her move around without the pain and limping we used to see. It's a relief for her and for us as well! Dr. Womack, Sherri, and the team truly care. We're grateful for the sense of comfort and trust that comes with a family-run operation like this.

i have been here twice. both times Lilli was my masseuse.The location is clean, well maintained, and professionally run. I have been having lower back muscle spasms and she worked on that for me. I am pleased with her work and have had the exact opposite experience to other reviewers. will be back! side note: their phone number has changed and what is currently on google is not a working number but they are very much in business and open. Lilli got me in on short notice!
Good, strong massage. Quiet place, relaxing, calm. Cash is best. My masseuse was very responsive to my requests. When she found a spot, and I pointed to it, she worked it well. Best massage I have had outside of Thailand. I called during a slow time and was able to get an immediate appointment. Will make this a monthly habit.
Mark is very professional and easy to talk to as he guides you through the physical therapy. He has worked on my shoulder, knee and wrist. The best around. Runs a top notch facility. Would return if every needed again.
