First of all I love the train that runs through every room of this place. It makes going to the dentist something to look forward to.Second the hygienists and doctors a kind and gentle. They notice when I’ve been trying to improve in my oral health and point it out.

I was in the waiting room for an hour watching other people check in with appointments scheduled an hour after my appointments. I scheduled two cleaning for my kids. I asked if i was forgotten 40 mins into waiting and was told they where running behind. I pulled my children out of school to be on time. When we finally got called back, we were rushed through. Everyone was polite and friendly, but no one apologized for the wait. If i wanted to reschedule my 2 kids cleaning, the next appointment wouldn’t be available until JANUARY 2024. This is such a great place they really care and get you in quick and any work that is needing done is set up quickly highly recommended! I will definately be setting up appointment for myself now that my son is all taken care of. Thank you to everyone at Dental Depot
