it's scary going to a new salon when you move to a new area, because you have no idea what you're gonna get. i went to victoria for the first time and she immediately knew what to do with my hair with my vague and partial ideas. my (back-length) hair looks great & she was super friendly and made it easy for even someone shy like me to talk. i will definitely be going back! plus they had a cute dog there :)
