Having never been to a physical therapist, I was a bit apprehensive, but TheraWest has been great and I have learned so much about preventing my problem from reoccurring. Everyone seems very willing to answer all my many questions and explain how to prevent the problem from reoccurring.
Larue and Michelle, I feel I have new friends as well as therapists. Thank you!
Mark and the whole group is wonderful. They are knowledgeable, friendly, considerate and listen. Mary at the front desk takes care of you. I totally recommend and will use if ever needed again. Love their personalities and you will too!!
Very polite from the moment I walked in. Echo, the receptionist helped me with my paperwork and scheduling. Piper, my therapist, is AWESOME. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. I appreciate the fact that I wasn't made to feel inadequate and my questions were answered. Even the therapist that I didn't work with acknowledged me!
I would totally recommend them!!!
