This was a "Surprise, your sink and secondary drain are overflowing" situation. They were contacted in the morning and said they would try to squeeze us in that afternoon. At about 1:15, Aaron Baldwin called and said he could work us in between appointments. He made it to my house before I even arrived. The problem was identified quickly, cable lines were used to snake out the clog. It was about 50 feet to clear it out, so not something we would have easily tackled on our own. Aaron was friendly and professional. He informed me of the cost before work began and it did not change. It was money well spent and I will call them again for future work.

We had a power outage the day before and it fried our AC unit. We didn't realize this until the next morning and after calling multiple companies Bailey Brother's was able to come the same day.
