Kevin (owner) was very courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. He listened to my situation and did all I asked and more. He was on time, and helped us immediately. He was the third pest control company who had been to myHouse this day and the only one who helped us. First we tried Terminex and they did an inspection but they said it would be 5 more days until the appointment for them to set the traps! We have rodents! I can’t wait five days! So I called some Other Business and they also came out for inspection and he quoted $2,000 and take a month for the process to be rid of them. FINALLY I called Kevin at western pest control and his wife I assume was nice on the phone...read full review

Highly recommend! Honest and helpful. No upselling or high pressure to sign a service contract. We had a termite inspection and a single time treatment for ants and wasps. Will definitely use again!Services: Hornet & wasp extermination
