This vet did an amazing job in diagnosing and treating my basset hound. They did everything they could to treat him and make him comfortable. Unfortunately he was too sick to withstand the surgery to remove the blockage and passed before he was hydrated enough to where they could operate. Throughout the whole process they were compassionate and cared for my boy like he was their own. This vet was transparent in pricing and very reasonable. If I ever do get another pet they will be the only ones I trust with them. I will never make the mistake again of taking my pet to another vet to get misdiagnosed before bringing them here. We have a dwarf hamster that had developed a few growths on his underbelly. After calling around these guys were the only ones in my area that will check out small animals. I don't know if it was a Covid prevention or something else but when you show up you stay in your car and call the office to say you've arrived. Since we were new patients they sent someone out with the paperwork then I had to call again to say I was done. This was irritating as when I called again no one answered as they were dealing with other customers. We love Dr. Diane Delbridge, Veteran. She has cared for our pets since we first brought Crisco in 1994. We have always had chihuahuas and our son always a shih tzu. Next we had Torito, Chiquita, Hoss and Toto. We also had Killer, Slim, Fats and Bella that we gave to family members. Later Fats came back to us renamed Star when one of our Moms went to Heaven. Star lived 16. 5 years old. We brought Tinker Bear Buttercup when she was about 5 months old and The Doc is still her Vet. Our Son adopted Savannah when she was about 10 years old and nobody wanted her. He told Savannah her would love her so long as she lived, and he did.
