Carpet Cleaning near Yukon

“I am so incredibly grateful to Genesis Carpet Cleaning!!!
Today was honestly a disaster. I was trying to clean my carpets myself, and the machine completely broke, dumping nasty, dirty dog water all over my floors. My house smelled awful, and I was already stressed and overwhelmed. I just wanted my home clean again.
It was around 5:30–6 PM, and after calling several “24-hour” carpet cleaning companies with no luck, I was losing hope. Then I called Genesis Carpet Cleaning, and they answered right away. Even though they didn’t have a team available, they personally dropped what they were doing and came out themselves. George and the woman with him showed up quickly and completely saved the day.
They cleaned all three rooms, and I have not seen my carpets this clean since we bought the house. The smell is completely gone, and everything looks and feels amazing. They brought corner/wall protectors so they wouldn’t scuff up the baseboards and walls. On top of that, they were fast, professional, and had everything done in about an hour and a half. It’s clear they take such pride in their work, which is so hard to find these days.
I am beyond grateful. What could have been a terrible night turned around because they genuinely cared enough to help. I will absolutely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs carpet cleaning!“
