The first time we used this company was to replace a chimney cap. The second time was to replace rain guttering that another company installed last year. That company was a disaster and is no longer in business. Both of these jobs were fairly small jobs, but Jay never hesitated to return my call and complete the jobs in a professional and timely manner. We will definitely use Jay Reeves Roofing when our roof needs replaced because he took care of our small jobs.
We are pleased to have found Jay. A slow leak had developed inside our old house, and I could not find it. (Leaks can be tricky!) Frustrated, I finally looked at the google for guidance. Jay was the first to answer, and was out to have a look that day. He quickly identified the most likely suspect-(a leaky chimney base), and gave us a repair estimate. He also urged me to to get other opinions and estimates. I did. His estimate was the lowest. A week later, I called him back, and his man was there the next day, to repair. End of story. Jay made it easy and fast! I had shingles blown off and needed my roof patched quick! I texted jay a picture and he was able to give me a fair quote and work with my schedule. Within just a couple days of contacting him, he came out on a Sunday and had it patched with perfectly matching shingles in no time! I highly recommend this company!
