“I've had a lot of experiences with Rucker the past few years, and I would heartily recommend them to anyone.We have two units-upstairs and down. A couple years ago, our upstairs heater went out. We had a (different) company come out and try to sell us on an entirely new unit, but we just didn't have the money at the time to pull the trigger on that. Rucker was recommended to us to come see if they could hobble us along until we could come up with the money for a new one. They very quickly found a new condenser for what we had and we were back up and running that day for many thousands less than we had been quoted elsewhere.Last year, our downstairs unit went out altogether. There was no questions about this one, as it had just corroded out and we had CO leaks. They worked with us to get the right unit in and again came in quite a bit less than the "second opinion" we got.There has still been a few issues with our old system upstairs-on the side that Rucker didn't work on. They have come out a few times and made sure we were well taken care of, and they did not shy away from the parts that were their mistakes. They did not hide mistakes or blame someone else. That's huge.I believe that they care about what they do and they stand behind their work. I also know that they are not sending me salesmen that happen to know HVAC. They are there to work WITH their customers to solve their problems. Finally, their response times have always been amazing. Maybe it's luck, but we've never waited more than 24 hours for a tech to be here.Special shout out to Mitchell and Chad! I've enjoyed every person that they've sent to us, and should have all of their names here, but these guys are awesome. They've been professional, clean after themselves, and are always ready to converse with me, explaining everything in a way even I understand it. I honestly couldn't recommend Rucker more.“
