“Stephen did a professional job with the installation, and Amber was incredibly kind and helpful—even returning my calls after hours to keep me updated. They both deserve recognition for their customer service.
Communication throughout the week-long process from diagnosis to installation was lacking, and pricing and approval questions always seemed to go through an elusive “boss,” making it difficult to get straightforward answers. I also wasn’t told the make and model of the replacement equipment until the installer arrived, despite authorizing a significant out-of-pocket expense beforehand.
The people I interacted with were excellent. My concerns are with the management, communication, and transparency of the overall process. I hope those areas improve because the employees I worked with deserve a better system.”
