“My elderly mother had her Floor Furnace go out recently. I called Yarbrough & Son's because I had personally used them before and thought they were great. It was very cold in her house when they arrived and gave her one space heater and loaned her a second one until they could finish installing. They ran into problems and told us they would have to return the next day. Joe Foster was the senior person along with a couple of other assistants, whom I don't know their names. Joe talked to me about the issue and said we needed to move my mom to another temporary location. I arranged for her to go across the street to a friends house. Because it was icy outside, Joe said he would have one of the assistants escort my mother to the neighbors house. In addition, he took my mothers trash receptacle out the the curb. When they finished the next day, they then escorted my mother back to her house. This is way above and beyond service. I have never heard of any repair or service company doing this before. Very appreciative.”
