I can't say enough good about this company. They are down to earth, communicative, affordable, and honest people. You really cannot ask for more. Family business, online billing and payment, call before they come so that you don't have to sit home all day and wait. They are truly beyond amazing! We live in a historical neighborhood and therefore have an extra amount of heating and ac needs. Clayton and Chase have been to our home numerous times over the past several years. They have always gone above and beyond. Clean, thorough, honest. Very reasonably priced. It’s hard to say you can fully trust someone with repair/maintenance work. With Shadid heat & air we feel confident knowing we are getting an amazing job at a fair price. Reliable and reasonable. I appreciate the fact that they were upfront and honest. They come when they say they will, accurately diagnosed the situation, and had us back up and running! This was my second time to use them, and they have my business!
